Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

- After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier’s website to monitor delivery status in real time. For glass bottles, we include a fragility alert in the tracking details.
- For customized products, we send production update emails (e.g., "Personalized Baby Bottle Engraved & Safety Tested," "Custom Label Bottle Ready to Ship") with batch number information for CPSC traceability.
- You can view your order status by logging into your account on our website. If tracking information is not updated for more than 5 business days, or if your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact our customer service team immediately for assistance—we prioritize resolving baby product delivery issues promptly.

Shipping Notes

- Product Protection: Glass baby bottles are packed in shock-absorbent foam and sturdy cartons to prevent breakage. Baby wipes are sealed in moisture-proof bags to maintain freshness. All packages include CPSC-compliant tracking labels with batch numbers for recall purposes.
- Package Inspection: Inspect the outer packaging for damage before signing for delivery. If the package is dented, torn, or wet, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos, then contact us within 24 hours to initiate a replacement—critical for maintaining baby product safety.
- Holiday Delays: During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, Baby Shower season), shipping may be delayed by 1–2 business days. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely arrival for baby needs.
